New 2026 Tata Punch: Pics, Colours & Turbo Engine

Ahead of its official launch on 13 January, the 2026 Tata Punch facelift has started arriving at dealerships across India. Tata Motors has already revealed the SUV’s variants, features, and colour options.

The new Tata Punch will be available in six variants:
Smart (new), Pure, Pure+, Adventure, Accomplished, and Accomplished+.

2026 Tata Punch Colour Options

Buyers can choose from six colour options:

• Cyantific Blue

• Coorg Clouds

• Bengal Rouge (Red)

• Caramel (Yellow)

• Daytona Grey

• Pristine White

2026 Tata Punch Engine Options

The biggest update is the addition of a new 1.2L turbo-petrol engine, borrowed from the Tata Nexon.

Engine Options Available:

• 1.2L Turbo Petrol – Expected to produce around 120PS power and 170Nm torque

• 1.2L Petrol – 88PS power and 115Nm torque

• 1.2L Petrol + CNG – 73.5PS power and 103Nm torque

Gearbox Options:

• 5-speed Manual

• 5-speed AMT

• The turbo-petrol engine is likely to get a 6-speed manual gearbox

New Features in 2026 Tata Punch

Tata has upgraded the interior with many new features. Top variants (Accomplished and Accomplished+) get:

• 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system

• 7-inch digital driver display

Other new features include:

• Wireless phone charger

• Auto-dimming IRVM

• Touch-based climate control

• Seats with better thigh support

• Connected car technology

• Voice-assisted electric sunroof

• 360-degree camera

• Blind-view monitor

The new Tata Punch comes with strong safety features as standard:

• Electronic Stability Control (ESC)
